I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology, and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. In addition to my psychological education, I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, and have experience working in the educational, banking, and corporate environments. I am a public speaker and a published author.

Have been trained in Brainspotting, hypnotherapy, am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, and a Reiki Master Teacher. I have studied spirit work with a Chumash Wisdom Keeper. I have experience working with color, crystals, and sound.
